Why did you decide to start Personal Training (PT)?
I was already motivated to start training, but I also wanted to push myself as much as I could. Furthermore, I knew I needed guidance on my exercise forms and I needed more professional exposure to different methods of training. Hence by signing up for PT (Personal Training), I hoped to accomplish my goals while learning as much as I could.
What made you start PT with ReFormd?
Accessibility to my home and workplace was my main priority. The facilities are very accessible at my workplace.
How have you benefited from PT compared to when you first started, and now?
Before PT, I didn't really have a clear focus nor a direction on how to achieve my training goals, namely to get stronger and also to lose excess weight.
Since going through PT, I have lost close to 9kg of excess weight. Now, I am in the process of gaining lean mass, which I never thought would be possible before without the guidance of my personal trainer. Fitness is still a long journey and I am still just getting started.
